Turning your Summer look into Fall….
I loved wearing this kimono this summer with shorts, heels, and some beachy waves… but it’s now time to to start wearing this a little warmer… here are my suggestions for turning your favorite summer outfit into a fall look.
1. Swap out the skirt and shorts- Replace those shortie shorts and skirts for your favorite pair of jeans. My shirt is a little short so I put my favorite high waisted Joe’s Jeans.
2. Add Booties– Time to toss those sandals and flip flops. One of my staples in the fall is a nice pair of booties- they are so versatile and go with ANY pair of jeans.
3. Layer– Wear multiple layers… I tend to get cold really easily, so I’m usually bundled up by October like it’s snowing. Plus this time of year has up and downs as far as the weather- nights are really cold but a nice sunny Fall day could get very warm so toss a sweater, kimono, or blazer over top of that skinny tank you were wearing all summer.
4. Scarves– Although I’m not doing it here- one way to add some warmth add a scarf- there are sooo many ways to tie a scarf these days. They are a great way to add a pop of color or pattern to your outfit.

I love this Kimono! I have a kimono that is very spring/summer and not sure how to wear it again before fall is over.. I’ll have to pair it with some booties! That might help!

You look gorgeous and omg your Celine!
I agree 100% with all of your tips! My favorite “style season” is that summer-to-fall transition and adding neutrals + burgundy, booties, scarves, cardigans and light jackets are all of my favorite tricks!
