Seersucker is Everything: Off the Shoulder Blouse Topped with a Bow

The Summer started out with me loving pink everything, but it quickly transitioned to blue.  I’ve especially fallen in love with this blue seersucker print! Naturally, it’s off the shoulder, but I’ve linked several options below from dresses to tank tops in this fun, southern staple.
