Red Velvet Protein Shake….
Here is a little inspiration to get your mind right for the weekend’s workouts! I know it can be so hard to get a good workout in during the week with all the craziness that goes on with work, cooking dinner, plans with friends, etc., but take time for yourself this weekend and focus on a good workout. You’ll feel so much better and so happy that you did! Besides- make this yummy red velvet cake protein shake {it’s more reason to hit the gym 🙂 }

Ingredients:
8 oz Pure Almond Milk
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
a few drops of red food coloring
1 scoop birthday cake or vanilla protein powder ( I use About Time)
Blend together and enjoy!
