I love my Saturday workout class! It’s something I look forward to every single week. After a good work out I always drink a protein shake and I’ve been trying to come up with some recipes to make them really yummy! What’s your favorite after work out regimen?
Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
1 scoop About Time Birthday Cake protein powder
6 oz Almond Milk
1/4 pumpkin puree
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 hand full of crushed ice
Blend all the ingredients and enjoy!!
