Saying life has been busy this year is an understatement! I enjoyed a much needed Galentine’s Day celebration with my bestie at @ross_park_mall. #ad We started the day off with a manicure session at Europe Nails and Spa, we did a little shopping, grabbed some coffee, and we splurged on our favorite lunch while we caught up on everything in our lives! Come holiday shopping with us @ross_park_mall! Ad I love doing a mommy and me mall date! It’s especially fun this time of year because the decor and music and all the holiday cheer make it so festive! 🌲🎁 We stopped by all our favorite stores and was able to check some people off our list! Really. 37. The year has been a whirlwind to say the least - I opened a coffee shop, maintained my personal social media, and navigated some (at times) major ebbs and flows of some of my closest relationships. I have found that sometimes the most simple things-stillness, kindness, understanding, quiet, grounds me. This year of my life has added a unique chapter to my unfolding story with the resilience, and the beauty of growth through the grind. I am grateful. This next year is all about deeper self-care, not just pampering, but nurturing my mind, body, and soul. In the stillness of a parking garage, I find my moment of peace. A moment to pause, breathe, and appreciate how far I’ve come through the unfiltered reality of my journey. Through it all, I’ve learned that personal growth isn’t always about climbing to the top; sometimes, it’s about finding strength in stillness and beauty in the struggle and the gray areas.
