A Pletcher Family Christmas Tradition: 2016 Holiday Photo Shoot

Ever since we were married (6 years ago! I can’t believe it!) We get our photo taken each year for our Christmas card!  After 6 years of doing this, I’m going to call it a Pletcher family Christmas tradition!

This year’s Christmas card was so fun!  I really wanted to do a glam card because we hadn’t done one yet!  Don’t worry, I’m not going to go all Kardashian with you with our Christmas tradition (Really, though, I always look forward to their card each year, but they didn’t do one this year! I am so bummed!)  Anyway, Joey and I hardly ever get our photo taken other than the occasional selfie.  Even when we travel, it’s usually just us so we take the photos individually.  I think this is the perfect way to document each year of us! Joey usually grumbles a little when I start prepping for it each year, but by the end of the shoot his inner model self comes out and he secretly loves it.

Some of our other Christmas traditions include watching A Charlie Brown Christmas while wrapping presents, Christmas morning crepes, and snuggling in our pajamas with some mulled wine on Christmas Eve!  I’m so looking forward to a relaxing weekend with friends and family!  What is your favorite Christmas tradition?
