My Favorite Beauty Products on Sale at Nordstrom
One area of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I never miss Is the beauty section. Some of my favorite beauty products are on sale this year so I have to share them with you! In the past years, I’ve also used this time to purchase any bigger ticket Items such as my Riki Loves Riki mirror or my T3 hair tools. Sometimes It’s just nice to try something new when It’s on sale too. Whatever justifies my brain when shopping hahah.. but really It’s not bad advice!
My Favorite Beauty Products on Sale at Nordstrom
Mac Prep + Prime Fix + This is such a great deal for a product I use all year long. I give my face a little spritz once I finish my make up. The Prep + Prime helps make my make up last throughout the day. It also comes in handy when I am getting fancy using a loose eyeshadow powder or glitter. I typically will spray my brush after dabbing some powder on it and it helps keep it in place on my eyelid. This is, especially helpful with glittery shadows.
Riki 10X Skinny Lighted Mirror– I had been lusting after this mirror forever, but couldn’t quite bring myself to pay $210 for it. Last year was the first year I saw it on the Anniversary sale and I have not looked back. I LOVE IT and use it every single day. I also even travel with it – YES I LOVE IT THAT MUCH. The lighting is so good and it comes with a magnifying mirror and a cell phone holder which is also great for recording video. It’s also pretty thin which makes it easy to travel with and it comes with it’s own stand as well. The current price is $130 (from $210) and I think it’s so worth it!
Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Shampoo and Conditioner Set– Several years ago my hair was just really damaged from continual bleaching and this shampoo and conditioner was what saved it- I swear. I actually went away from it for a while and I’ve noticed my hair being damaged so I immediately switched back. It’s super hydrating which is perfect for my often dry hair. It’s pricey, but it saves my hair every single time!
Donna Karan Cashmere Mist Deodorant and Antiperspirant – This one is so random, right? I’m going to get a little TMI with you, but I swear to you this is the ONLY deodorant that works for me. Honestly- you name it, I’ve tried. Even men’s deodorant. I buy this pack of 3 every year and it actually lasts me the entire year. At first look the $69 price tag for deodorant seems kind of crazy, but if you divide that by 12 months in a year it’s $5.57 a month. It’s really not that bad at all. The best part is this is the best smelling deodorant I have ever smelled. It’s like a spa it smells so good.
Chloé Eau de parfume set– This is definitely what I would consider my “signature scent” Do you have one of those? I’m extremely picky when it comes to perfumes- I don’t like them too strong, too floraly, or just too much of anything really. I just like subtle, soft, with a little bit of sexy and that is exactly what this perfume is. It’s honestly perfect for wearing all year long and you can’t beat this price to try it out. Out of any of the scents I’ve worn over the years THIS one has gotten me the most compliments.
Jo Malone Jumbo Size Wood Sage and Sea Salt Body and Hand Wash – Okay, okay, this one is a little bougie, but hey- I’m a little bougie sometimes. I fell in love with this scent at my friend, Brianne’s house. I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about it so I ended up buying. It’s something I like to buy it for special occasions to put in our guest bathroom or our powder room if I know we are going to have people over. In fact, I grabbed it last year for our Anniversary party and it was a huge hit so the jumbo size option definitely came home with me. Things like this are also great to have on hand as a gift that might pop up throughout the year!
T3 Micro Hair Tools– I have been using T3 Micro Hair tools for several years now. I am so hooked on this brand, especially their curling iron. I have the interchangeable one so I can swap out different wands, but I mostly use the 1″ barrell and the 1.25.” The heat is adjustable, which I love, and I always find the curl is just right! The Anniversary sale is a good time to utilize bigger ticket items that you have been thinking of for a while. In fact, this is exactly how I got started with this brand.
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Beauty Set– The Pillow talk lipstick duo is a cult favorite in the beauty industry! I am one of the following! Its the perfect shade of pink for pretty much anyone! Combine that with this eyeshadow palette and a few other items- this set is a really good deal!
