Leopard Reformation Dress- Summer to Fall Transition
Leopard Reformation Dress 3 Ways
Reformation Leopard Dress // Amazon Platform Heels // Leather Moto Jacket
We’re officially in that weird stage between summer and fall where it is so hot one day but could be freezing the next! I don’t get how Pittsburgh weather changes so quickly, but I guess it’s just something that I’ve learned to expect over the years. I try to buy clothes that can be worn for more than one season, so I was so excited to find this leopard Reformation dress a few months ago. It has spaghetti straps and is lightweight (great for summer), and its leopard print fits the fall color palette perfectly. Using this dress as a base, I’ve put together three easy looks to easily transition from summer to fall! Let me know which is your favorite!
Reformation Leopard Dress // Revolve Sheer Top // Lace Socks // Platform High Top Converse
Look #1 – This first look is everything: edgy, polished, and cozy. The turtleneck/spaghetti strap dress trend is back this fall, and I think it’s absolutely adorable. The turtleneck adds a unique element to the leopard Reformation dress and keeps me warm for a cool, fall day. I honestly meant to wear my Dr. Marten look-alike boots to complete this edgy look, but I was rushing around NYC, so I stuck with my faithful converse sneakers.
Reformation Leopard Dress // Free People Turtleneck Sweater // Platform High Top Converse
Look #2- Once I discovered that I could layer an oversized sweater on top of dresses to transition to fall, it opened up a whole new world lol! You can either wear the sweater as-is, or I sometimes like to add a belt for a more flattering effect. Simply tie a thin belt around your waist (over the dress and sweater), then pull most of the fabric up and layer it back over the belt! Such an easy trick that completely changes the look. I like to finish this outfit with converse or a casual bootie!
Reformation Leopard Dress // Platform Heels // Leather Moto Jacket
Look #3 – For a night out, it’s SO easy to dress this up. I keep reaching for my leather jacket lately, so that was a must for me to power through those chilly nights. I completed this look with some statement, platform heels and my favorite jewelry.
