Hot Pink Accents….

 Well, Well, what an adventure this last weekend was for us!  We were supposed to be in the Bahamas all weekend long, soaking up the sun and sipping some pina coladas, and giving you guys some great vacay outfits all week long.  I actually even planned on posting 5 days! … Unfortunately, it did not turn out as planned.  To make a very long, dramatic story short, the airline cancelled our flight {mid trip}.  We were in Fort Lauderdale, FL on Friday ready to get on our last portion of the trip to the Bahamas only to wait about 12 hours in the airport for the flight to be cancelled and unable to rebook until Sunday evening {more than half our vacation would have been over!}  We just decided to fly back at this point.  With that whole fiasco and the frigid temperatures here in the ‘Burgh I didn’t get any pictures until this one so I sincerely apologize for that.  Also, words of the wise, don’t ever book a vacation without trip insurance.  I usually don’t purchase it, but this time I did because I wasn’t sure how the weather would be given it’s February…BEYOND thankful we did.  

I thought I need to brighten things up {especially because of how they had been going} so I added some darling, bright pink accents to this casual outfit!  I actually purchased the hat and gloves in the girls section of Target–on clearance now too!
