It’s game season! Usually this would mean planning the perfect tailgating event, but I’m much more interested in ‘homegating’! Basically, it’s all the fun of tailgating, but you can do it from the comfort of your own living room–sounds like the best of both worlds to me! I’m sharing my homegating must-haves for game day!

‘Homegating’ Must-Haves for Game Day

–Roland® Fig Jam– This is some of the most delicious fig jam ever. It only has five ingredients and is 65% figs with a nice bit of crunch from the seeds. Sweetened with acacia honey, this jam does not contain any high fructose corn syrup! For homegating, you can easily serve it alongside cheese and crackers for my own little charcuterie board.  I decided to level up and make a bistro pizza with fig jam spread, melted brie, arugula, crispy prosciutto, and balsamic caramelized onions.  My mouth is watering now.

–Roland® Black Organic Truffle Oil- Our Black Organic Truffle Oil– This truffle oil smells like heaven! It’s made with extra virgin olive oil, includes pieces of organic black summer truffles, and is infused with a hypnotizing truffle aroma. This tastes amazing drizzled over pasta, soup, risotto, and roasted vegetables. I drizzled a little over some cheddar to make my charcuterie board a little more special.  Use it to elevate your favorite dish to share with friends and family!
