Hellooo weekend workout!!
This morning I was feeling extra motivated and ended up not only taking 1 but 2 classes in a row at my local gym! That’s right 2 classes!! It’s Saturday morning, I may as well take advantage of having some extra time today and get a great workout in. With all of that hard work, I had to follow up with a yummy protein shake. Here is the recipe for my apple pie protein shake:
1 Scoop About Time Birthday Cake protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
8 oz almond milk
1/4 of a granny smith apple
Blend and enjoy!!
