Hair Care Routine with Pureology + Giveaway
Today, I’m giving you a little update on my hair care routine! Since my last post here, I’ve tried out a few new products from Pureology and I have to share my favorites with you! 
Since we are going into the Spring/Summer months, my focus will include volumizing products and products that help maintain my light, blonde hair color. 
I’ve been a huge fan of Pureology for quite a few years now because it is formulated for color treated hair, sulfate free, and 100% vegan! My hair stylist (and BFF) recommended it to me the second she started using it.
I started off using the Hydrate line and I was completely hooked on this brand. I do like to mix up my products by mixing and matching brands from time to time, but I always seem to go back to my Pureology essentials. 
1. Color Protection
For the Spring and Summer months my hair doesn’t seem to be as dry as it is in the Winter time, so I recently switched over to focus more on the color of my hair. Naturally, the sun lightens up my blonde, but I’ve been using the Pureology Nano Works Gold shampoo and conditioner. It’s a very light shampoo and conditioner with Golden Marula Oil that helps protect my hair from fading, adds moisture, and rejuvenates my hair. The price point might seem a little steep, but I honestly notice a difference when I’m using good, quality products versus poor quality. I think it’s really important to invest in your hair products to care for your hair long term! I also use the Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner line which is a little more affordable price point and still excellent quality!
2. Volumize
My second key concern is volume. I like a lot of volume in my hair and I’ve actually tried several products in the past that were just mediocre. Pureology Colour Stylist Root Lift has been amazing! I spray it on sections of my roots prior to drying my hair and then comb through to the ends. I also double duty the volume with Pureology’s brand new line of Style + Care Infusions, which is honestly perfect if you aren’t someone who likes to fuss with a ton of hair product. I love my hair products so I don’t mind the extra step, but if I could only choose ONE product, it would be the Style + Care Infusion gel because it does it all. It adds volume, reduces frizz, protects your hair from heat, and I actually find it easier to curl my hair and maintain my curls all day when I use the Pure Volume gel.
3. Shine
I always use a serum on my hair to help protect my ends, especially, from being damaged from the curling iron or straightener, but I use the Pureology Hydrate Shine Max to also add a nice sheen to my hair. Blondes can tend to look dull so it’s important to bring those strands back to life with a healthy looking shine!

Highly recommend them! I think they come in travel sizes too if you don’t want the commitment of a full bottle!

Mindy you definitely should try Pureology if you haven’t yet! They have travel sizes of mostly everything at Ulta so you aren’t fully commited if you decide you don’t like it… But I really don’t think that would happen! xox
