Fall Bucket List…
It should probably not come as a surprise to you that I’ve created a Fall Bucket List. After all, it is my favorite time of the year. I always have a list of things I want to do during the Fall, but sometimes I can’t just make it happen because life gets so busy. This year, I created a list to make myself sit back and enjoy my favorite time of year and create happy memories and traditions. As I get older, time does not slow down. In fact, I think it speeds up.
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the past year and what was going on during last Fall. As much as I love Fall, last year’s was not the best. It’s hard to believe that it’s almost been a year since Joey’s Grandma passed away. Having Thanksgiving dinner at her house was our favorite and I still feel overwhelmed with sadness thinking that we won’t have that same dinner this year. It kind of makes me want to just skip the holiday. It was also around Thanksgiving where we learned that my mom’s health was not well either. Fast forward to December, when she passed away. This, too, will be the first Thanksgiving without her.
Here is my bucket list for this Fall. I’m determined to enjoy everything i love most about the season, from cozy sweaters, the smell in the air, pumpkin everything, and all that’s in between. I’m going to do every single thing on this list and document it via Instagram (@ashleypletch3). Also, I said I was going to do it. It’s now officially on the internet and everything on the internet has to be true, right?
I’d love to hear what some of your favorite things to do during the Fall are! Feel free to comment below, tweet, or instagram me!
