How to Mix Pink and Red for a Casual Valentine’s Date
It’s all hearts and flowers over here and today’s look is the coziest sweater for a very casual Valentine’s date! Can’t you guys tell how much I love Valentine’s Day? I bought this sweater around Christmas time because I thought it would be perfect for the holidays. Truthfully, I don’t wear red all that often, but it’s funny because every time I do, someone says to me that “red is your color.” Maybe I should try to incorporate it more throughout the year. Anyway, I couldn’t resist wearing this sweater again because of Valentine’s Day. I mixed it with pink to make the look even more festive. The best part about that sweater, is the name is actually called “All Mine.” I thought it was only fitting to bring it out again. Plus, Shopbop has them on sale right now, but they are limited on sizes. Other places still have them fully stocked (linked below), but they aren’t on sale yet.
Free People Sweater on sale (All sizes available here — my absolute Favorite- comes in 4 other colors!) // White Denim // Aerie Scarf ($11!) // Chloe Dupe Bag (Original Chloe Bag) // Marc Fisher Over the Knee Boots // Pink Travel Mug
Any big plans for Valentine’s Day yet? We should probably figure out ours. I would totally be up for going to the movies. This may seem like a same ole date night idea for some, but the truth is, Joey and I NEVER go to the movies. It’s a nice treat once in a while. I also love to cook something special on Valentine’s Day for dinner versus going out to dinner. You know, bring out the candles and all that romantic stuff. It’s fun 🙂 .

I am in love with this sweater, it’s so pretty! Plus it looks really cozy, being all roomy. I agree, I definitely think red is your color! 🙂
