Really. 37. The year has been a whirlwind to say the least - I opened a coffee shop, maintained my personal social media, and navigated some (at times) major ebbs and flows of some of my closest relationships. I have found that sometimes the most simple things-stillness, kindness, understanding, quiet, grounds me. This year of my life has added a unique chapter to my unfolding story with the resilience, and the beauty of growth through the grind. I am grateful. This next year is all about deeper self-care, not just pampering, but nurturing my mind, body, and soul. In the stillness of a parking garage, I find my moment of peace. A moment to pause, breathe, and appreciate how far I’ve come through the unfiltered reality of my journey. Through it all, I’ve learned that personal growth isn’t always about climbing to the top; sometimes, it’s about finding strength in stillness and beauty in the struggle and the gray areas. So here’s to being 37 – more resilient, more passionate, and more at peace with the woman I’m evolving into. 📷 @juliekahlbaugh
