Be My Valentine?
It is all hearts and flowers this week on Afternoon Espresso, so won’t you be my Valentine? I honestly love Valentine’s Day because I love celebrating my one true Valentine, Joey. I kind of sounded cheesy there for a second, but it’s true! I know, I know, you should show how much you care every day. I definitely think this is true, but I like to just embrace the holiday and totally get caught up in love. I also love any reason to celebrate!
This look is one for a special Valentine. When I think of the perfect Valentine’s Day date out, I immediately think very feminine and dressy. I love getting dressed up just as much as I love finding a reason to celebrate. I took my inspiration from this floral, pink and red skirt from Chicwish and wanted to do all pink and red accents. I paired it with an off the shoulder (super feminine) top to pull out the red in the florals. It’s still a little cold here in Pittsburgh so I thought this soft pink Banana Republic coat would be the perfect addition (It was $71… scroll below to find out how) to tie the whole look together and keep me warm.
Don’t forget to bring a sweet gift for your Valentine! I’m secretly indulging in these chocolates as I type…
