A Baby Sprinkle for a Little Mister…
Over the weekend, I had the honor of hosting a baby sprinkle for little Grayson. I absolutely cannot wait to meet him! I am actually shocked we were all able to keep the sprinkle a surprise from Danielle (the guest of honor). She seemed surprised, though! We had such a good time and I always love hosting parties like this. Fun fact: I actually did some wedding/party planning on the side a few years ago. Onto the details of the party…
Sprinkle Favors: Mini Bottles of Champagne to “pop” open when Greyson is born!
Decor: I love monograms and thought this little denim “G” for Grayson was so cute. I also think fresh florals are a must. Baby’s breath ( fitting for a baby sprinkle… ) look so classic and are actually so inexpensive.
This is my new favorite fruit salad recipe, courtesy of my sister-in-law, Jenny. It’s so easy and takes 5 minutes to prep and beyond delicious. (recipe: 2 bananas, 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained), 1 can mandarin oranges (drained,) 1/2 pint blueberries, strawberries, a splash of orange juice and some marshmallows.) I thought it looked really cute to put them in individual cups for each of the girls.
The fruit punch “mocktail”: This was one I just kind of winged it on and was hoping it was going to turn out ok and I honestly was so happy with it. Actually, I’m even more excited there was some leftovers I stashed in the refrigerator. The recipe was super easy ( the key to a successful party) and included a 32 oz jar of coconut juice, 1 jar of strawberry guava juice, 2 liters of 7 up. For a little extra cuteness, I added a scoop of rainbow sorbet.
A sprinkle without the infamous diaper cake. I made this cake with the Honest Company diapers. I couldn’t handle how cute the little anchors were! To keep the “cake” steady, there is baby powder and bath soap inside. The best part about this cute little decoration is that Danielle will be able to use all the diapers and the powder/soap!
I wanted to do the food a little differently instead of laying everything out and making it a self serve, so I took the idea of brown bag lunch. Inside you will find a bag of chips, a veggie cup, and a chicken salad croissant sandwich! This is so easy and it also eliminates making way too much food. Plus, I love the idea that everyone has their own little lunch.
I did make the dessert a self serve ice cream bar with homemade flavored whipped cream, fruit, syrups, and all the yummy toppings you could think of!
The guest of honor and myself. I couldn’t be more happier for Danielle and her little bundle of joy!

This is so cute! I have only heard of a ‘sprinkle’ once before, but this is adorable – I love the mocktails, you did a great job!
