15 of My Tried and True Beauty Favorites (On Sale and in Stock!)

Happy Wednesday, Friends!  I shared some of my tried and true beauty favorites this past weekend on my instastories and received tons of questions and feedback on the products!  Nordstrom had a major restock in the beauty department for the Anniversary Sale, so I thought this would be the perfect time to dive into some of my tried and true beauty favorites!  Get them while they are on sale.  It’s the perfect time to stock up on them for the year or even purchase some of these items as holiday gifts for that beauty guru in your family!

   1. T3 Hair Dryer-

2. I just recently invested in the T3 Whirl Trio, the Hair Dryer, and the straightener! I’ve heard such amazing reviews about this brand for so long, but couldn’t bring myself to pay full price.  I’m obsessed with the curling iron and the hair dryer so far.  I haven’t use the straightener yet, but I plan on doing a full review on the brand in the near future.  Nordstrom has the hair dryer and the straightener right now for a MAJOR discount.  They’ve already sold out a few times during the sale, so I wouldn’t wait to long if you are going to take the plunge on this buy!

6. If you own the Mia Fit or the Classic, this is the perfect time to stock up on the brush heads.  They can be pretty pricey so I always buy enough during the Nordstrom Sale to last me for most of the year!  Occasionally, you can get them discounted if Sephora is having their VIB sale.

I actually have both the Mia Fit and the Mia 2 and I am obsessed with them (They are on sale, also!).  The true test to these powerful little brush heads is really by washing your face the normal way you wash it.  Then, take the Mia Fit or Mia 2 and wash your face again.  You will be shocked to see the amount of make up that still comes off of your face.   I couldn’t believe it.  Ever since then, I’ve been hooked and my pores are much cleaner than they were.  I don’t break out as often as I used to.  I will say there is a small phase of breaking out with using one of these brush heads because it’s bringing all of the dirt and oil to the surface, so you may experience a few breakouts in the beginning.  Once you get past that little hump, it’s SO WORTH IT.

3. Aveda Haircare-

I don’t recall Aveda ever being part of the Nordstrom Sale in the past, but don’t quote me on that!  I just rarely see Av

eda Haircare on sale!! I love this brand!  It’s all natural and made with botanical and environmentally friendly ingredients, but it actually works wonders on your hair!  Sometimes I find that it’s difficult to find less chemical hair products that actually work.  I use the Aveda Damage treatment on my hair once a week, especially during the winter months to help maintain moisture and healthy hair.

4. Charlotte Tilbury- 

This is a brand I’ve hear bloggers RAVE about!  In my second round of the shopping the sale, I decided to splurge on the Charlotte Tilbury products.  I’m still waiting for them to come in, so I don’t have a personal opinion yet on them.

5. Nars Cheek Palette

Ugh….. this one is sold out.  I would keep watching to see if it happens to pop back in stock.  I get a Nars Cheek Palette every year from the sale and it lasts me the whole year.  This year was amazing because it had 4 blush colors with it plus the highlight and contour! I would actually opt for the Charlotte Tilbury option as an alternative.  It’s absolutely beautiful!

6. Slip Pillowcases–

My friend, Brianne, actually asked me one time if I had silk pillowcases.  I had no idea this was even a thing??  Apparently, they are really good for your face to help reduce wrinkles while sleeping.  She keeps me young!  When I saw these on sale- basically you get two for the price you would almost pay for 1, I had to snag them up.  I’m still waiting for them to come in, but Bri swears by them!

7. Anastasia Lipgloss-

These make the perfect stocking stuffers or gifts for your friends during the holidays!  It’s Really good quality lipgloss that stays on well!

8.Mac Look in A Box-

SO excited these are restocked!  These also are perfect gifts for your friends or stocking stuffer during the holidays.  I love the nude version but there is this beautiful pink version, too!

9. Beauty Blender Set –

RUN to buy these.  They have sold out so quickly during this sale.  I never get a chance to tell you before they sell out again.  This is by far the best way to apply foundation, IMO.  The BB doesn’t leave your foundation cakey.  I also use it to “bake” my setting powder under my eyes so my concealer lasts all day!

10. Mac Look in a Box 

Another version of the Mac Look in a box!  Again, great gift ideas or just the perfect matching set for yourself! I mostly only use Mac Liptsticks because they are fairly affordable ( I know I can get drugstore for less money), but Mac stays on my lips really well and I know there is always a matching lip liner to go with it!

11. Evian Facial Spray

If you guys search “Evian Spray” on my blog, you will see it mentioned several times!  I keep one of these bottles in my bag at all times! I don’t travel without one either.  It’s perfect for after a long plane ride to just give your face a little spritz to refresh and add moisture back into your skin.  It also serves as a great little pick-me-up in the afternoon!  You know when you are on your third cup of coffee and falling asleep at your desk…..

12. NuLash-

This is a bit of a splurge, but it will last year all year long!  I bought them last year and it really helped strengthen my lashes to hold my lash extensions.   I have very fine, light lashes so I feel like I need to combine the extensions with the growing serum.  Some people are just lucky enough to be able to use the serum and see amazing results.  Unfortunately, since pregnancy I haven’t been able to use mine, but I’m looking forward to using it again once Baby P makes her debut…. Any day now!!

13. T3 Straightner

See above- I’m expecting this to sell out again!

14. Sigma Innovation Duo-

YES!  I FINALLY tried this brush cleaning mat the other day and I swear my brushes have never been cleaner.  It could quite possibly also be because I haven’t cleaned my brushes in SO long.. (Eeeek…. I know that’s so bad) Either way, they are clean now and I was happy with this mat.  It also comes with a Sigma brush with purchase.

15. Kiels Creme De Corps-

This is another “holy grail” item, if you will.  I buy one a year during the sale and it lasts me until the following year.  I love it because it’s just enough moisture for my skin during the winter and summer months.  It has minimal smell and it does not irritate my skin after I shave.
